Sheila McElroy

Story

Sheila McElroy is a project leader who is passionate about change management, strategic thinking, and employee learning. She works as an improvement and performance specialist at Ericsson, a telecommunications company. Currently specializing in project development in telecommunications. Ms. McElroy earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Business Economics. During her time at UTD, she co-ran various organizations that focused on business marketing and non-profit work. Her previous experience includes content development at We Learn Services, as well as project management and strategic planning in workforce development and the non-profit sector.
