ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Mahek Patel, and I'm someone who thrives on ambition and determination. I am a Junior at Frisco High School. My goal for this year is to grasp the details of business management. By the end of this year-long journey, I hope to have come up with innovative ideas to enhance client engagement in significant projects, ultimately contributing to better outcomes.
This journey will guide my future steps, as I consider business management as my college major. In my free time, I volunteer at various organizations across Frisco such as: Frisco Safety Town, Sci-Tech Discovery Center, and Frisco Family Services. Throughout my time in high school, I have been participating in clubs such as March of Dimes, DECA, and Racc-ITK. I intend to use this experience as an opportunity to start considering the world of business as a potential career.
Ultimately, I hope to grow professionally and personally as a person throughout my time in ISM.
MISSION STATEMENT
Throughout the course of this independent study, my mission is to further my knowledge in the field of business management while gaining experience from my mentors. I will challenge myself by pushing my comfort zone to learn various aspects of management. With the counseling of my mentor, I will be able to utilize my creativity and ambition to develop new understanding of this field. I hope to showcase my aspiration towards the world of client and project management through the experience I gain researching and constructing my final product. Through determination, integrity, and motivation, I aspire to gain skills that I will be able to make use of from my ISM experience for my future opportunities.
